The Supplier Code of Conduct of Elachem S.p.A. sets out the ethical, environmental, and social principles shared with its supply chain to build a sustainable value chain. Suppliers are required to respect human rights and international labor standards (ILO and UN Global Compact), prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and discrimination, while ensuring fair working conditions, adequate remuneration, and workplace health and safety. From an environmental perspective, suppliers must reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) in line with the Net Zero 2050 target, ensure the safe management of chemicals and waste, protect water resources, and guarantee responsible raw material traceability. The Code also establishes high standards of business ethics, prohibiting corruption and money laundering while promoting fair competition, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements for personal data protection.
